Can your preschooler already take selfies, and swipe to find what they want to on your phone? Does your elementary schooler play endless games on their tablet? Is your middle schooler engrossed in YouTube videos and TikTok? Does your high schooler have their own phone? As a parent, your role in each phase is to model a healthy relationship with technology and help them set boundaries. It can be a positive experience as long as parents stay informed and involved.
